Terms and Conditions
The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out in the web site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we process payment. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
All items listed on the website are stock items unless otherwise clearly stated in the item description. There may be occasions when the last remaining stock of a product is purchased and subsequently ordered online before we can update the stock file. Under these exceptional circumstances we will contact you and advise on the expected restocking time. Only after receiving your authorisation will we continue with your order. Where a product is subject to delayed delivery, this will be clearly stated in the item description.
If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will notify you as soon as possible. We do not knowingly list items that will be unavailable for extended periods of time.
We offer free delivery on orders received through the online store only to addresses in mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland). We do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands as a matter of course.
We process the vast majority of orders on the same day but please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
We reserve the right to use whatever we deem the most appropriate method to deliver your goods, e.g. Courier, Royal Mail or Local Delivery Companies
All items need to be signed for on delivery.
Most orders are delivered on the required delivery date when specified; however delivery on any particular date cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected if there are unforeseen circumstances.
If our courier attempts delivery at the delivery address, specified in the order, or as a fall-back attempts delivery with a neighbour but cannot deliver the Products, the courier will retain the Products and will leave a calling card with a Customer Services telephone number for you to call in order to arrange re-delivery (please do not contact our Customer Services to arrange re-delivery). Please note that the courier company can only arrange a specific re-delivery date, and cannot arrange a specific time.
The courier will only attempt to deliver the Products twice, after which a further delivery charge may become payable. The products will be returned to our warehouse if they have not been collected from the courier.
Claims for Breakages or Goods Damaged on Arrival
Upon receipt of your order, the order should be carefully inspected to make sure that it is intact and has been delivered in full. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier’s documentation. We must have confirmation of these breakages or shortages within 7 days of delivery.
14 Day "Cooling-Off" Period, Faulty Goods, Cancellations and Returns
Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations) you have the right to a 14 day period during which time you are entitled to examine any item(s) purchased online as you might in the shop itself. If within this time you find a fault, or even simply change your mind, you are allowed to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of our receiving your returned item(s). You do not have to provide any reason for cancelling the purchase, although obviously if you think they are faulty please let us know.
In all such circumstances you must notify us within 14 days of you receiving the item(s), or if multiple items were ordered and sent separately, within 14 days of receiving the last item. You must return the item(s) to the store, at your expense, in the same condition in which they were sent to you. In the case of items for which a postage fee applied to the original delivery to you, we will reimburse the postage fee.
In the case of faulty items returned and found to be faulty on our inspection, we will reimburse the cost of reasonable postage in addition to the cost of the item(s).
Items received in unsalable condition will not be refunded and we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee in order to return them to you. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the item(s) are saleable but their value has been reduced as a result of you examining/handling them more than was necessary (i.e. in excess of what would be expected from assessing them in our shop itself).
Please note that this cooling-off period does not apply to any personalised or customised items, custom orders, unsealed software, CDs or DVDs.
In addition, for reasons of hygiene, certain items will only be refunded if they are returned to us unused and sealed in the original packaging. These items include:
- Headphones and In-ear Monitors
- Earplugs and Ear Protection
This 14 day "cooling-off" period and your right to return goods for any or no reason applies only to goods bought online and not to goods purchased in store. In all circumstances however, your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply.
You can pay for Products purchased from Sound Attak's Online Store by using any of the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express. Our online payments are processed on our behalf by Sage Pay.
All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not deliver any products prior to these checks and authorisations being completed. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us, we cannot accept your order, and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We endeavour to advertise all our products as accurately as possible. However since the specification of products may be changed at short notice by manufacturers, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided on our website about products, such as photographs, images and descriptions.

Your use of this website and any purchase by you on this website will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.

Privacy and Security
We respect your right to privacy and we understand that visitors to our website need to be in control of their personal information. The following explains our use of information collected on this website.
The site uses the IP (Internet Provider) address of all visitors to gather general demographic information e.g. the Country of a visitor etc. This does not identify you personally nor will we attempt to do so.
Registering for the Mailing List requires users to submit their name and a valid email address, in addition to other voluntary items. This is used to send out our newsletter and occasional mailings including product updates, event information, updates to the website and other related items which we feel would interest our subscribers.
We do not and will not sell our mailing lists to other companies, or divulge any of your personal details to other companies or individuals.
Members may opt out of the mailing list during registration or at any time afterward. Occasionally we may contact members who have opted out of the mailing list. This will only happen in very exceptional circumstances, for example to notify of fundamental changes to the site or our business operation.
