The Meinl Daf  is a classical Persian frame drum with a rich tradition. It has metal rings nearly all the way round the inside of the drum and is played with a lot of movement. The placement of the rings allows  a great sound off the rings and saves weight of the drum to enable the player to develop new techniques.

The Drum also features the new True feel synthetic head  and extra light weight construction.
