All of OCDP's drum kits use 6 ply shells for the toms and bass drums. The snare drums can be just about any number of ply you want. They recommend 10, 20, 30, or 40 ply as these are the strongest configurations. They can also do reinforcement rings in drum kits and snare drums. OCDP  currently have thousands of different finishes from standard laminates, to glass sparkles, to satin stains, to metals, to hi gloss lacquers, to acrylics to custom paint jobs. type 1  -  natural maple satin/ solid wrap colours/ satin flames/ material finishes ie army camo / reptile prints
type 2 - satin stains / glass sparkle wraps/  any multi wraps ie tri band or pinstripes/ fur/
type 3 - cut in wraps with laquer over top /  hi gloss laquers/ satin exotics/ metal wraps
type 4 -  Acrylics / hi gloss fades / hi gloss exotics /
type 5 - custom graphics / paint jobs  Hybrid drums/ etc POA
